Each family is assigned a masters level social worker based on individual needs. This Care Coordinator acts as a liaison to guide the family through this journey no matter which way the road may turn.

Our team of interfaith chaplains offer spiritual and emotional support, guidance, and faith based  pastoral counseling.

RESOURCE GUIDANCE

Our specialists equip the families with the resources they need to connect with their community, as well as gain economic and social stability.

PATIENT ADVOCACY

We help navigate the complicated healthcare and insurance system empowering parents in their decision making process.

BEREAVEMENT CARE

Our trained staff of grief and loss specialists provide supportive services  to the child, their family, and friends.
